how long does it take to get an idea, make it, and then publish it?
also what do you use because i forgot

Production time can vary greatly depending on the font type, from one day to several months. Yes, FontForge.

do you report games which dont credit you for the fonts or are you ok if your fonts get used in general?
CC0 license do not require credit, while OFL license do require an attribution notice. Reporting someone for not giving attribution is pointless.
